The Lookout
What is it? Transformed from the city’s observatory to plush restaurant. The Lookout is situated at the top of Edinburgh’s Calton Hill, and partly suspended over the mount’s northwest slope. Its floor to ceiling windows offer views across Edinburgh, with each dish reflecting this stunning location and focussing on simple and earthy ingredients.
